Collection of Information
In order to give you the best internet experience possible, ME may request and/or collect information from you on a voluntary basis when you: (a) register with us; and/or, (b) send questions, concerns, or comments via email or our online submission tool to ME. The information we may request could include personally identifiable information such as your name and email address. For certain activities, we may also ask you to create a password and to provide demographic information. If demographic information is collected for an activity that also requires personal information, we may combine the demographic information with your personal information. This allows us to create notices and content that we send you based on your preferences and interests.
If you are under the age of 13, only a parent or guardian can provide any personally identifiable information to us for purposes of online activities. The information we will collect about a child is name, screen name, password, date of birth and gender. The www.mutasia.com website does not condition a child’s participation in whatever the online activity maybe from the child providing more personal information than is reasonably deemed necessary for that activity or to fulfill your requests and our legitimate business objectives. If you do not want to submit personal information when requested, you will not be able to access certain areas on our Site. However, you do not need to provide personal information to ME in order to use our Site. See “Attention Parents” below for more information.
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend or family member about our Site, we will ask for your friend or family member’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend or family member a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Site. Mutasia stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
We may actively collect and use email addresses and/or user names to track usage and to ensure users are following the Site’s Terms of Service. We may also use an email address and/or user name to ban a user temporarily or permanently from the www.mutasia.com website if that user engages in conduct or activity we deem inappropriate on the Site. We will use your contact information to respond to your inquiries if you contact us. We will only use personally identifiable information (such as name and email address) contained in your email to respond to your specific inquiry or comments in the email. We may retain your email for a period of time, however, we will not use any personally identifiable information contained in your email for any purpose other than responding to your specific inquiry or comments. We will delete any email address from anyone under age 13 after responding to their inquiry.

We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online.
