How long will standard domestic orders take?

Delivery timing for domestic orders is calculated based on processing time plus shipping time:

  • Most of our domestic standard delivery orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase and will arrive 4-10 business days from the date they were shipped, depending on the destination.
  • All of our domestic expedited deliveries are guaranteed to arrive within 2-3 business days of purchase.*
  • All of our domestic express deliveries are guaranteed to arrive within 1-2 business days of purchase.*

“Non-standard” shipping exceptions are noted on the “shipping info” tab of the product page. For standard orders received after 5:00pm ET, the date of purchase is considered to be the following day. However, for expedited or express orders, the date of purchase is considered to be the following day if they are received after 1pm ET. These delivery times do not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Incorrect shipping addresses, payment issues and USPS, UPS, FedEx or LTL Freight failures due to weather or emergency may result in delivery delays beyond our control.

How much does it cost?

Domestic shipping costs are based on both your total purchase amount and desired speed of delivery:

What if I only get part of my order?

In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we are able to ship the majority of Mutasia items to these two states.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we are able to ship the majority of Mutasia items outside the United States. Shipping charges will be made available based upon your purchase amount and selection of speed delivery during checkout.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

Yes, we can ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses through USPS services only.

How do you ship gift cards?

Gift cards are shipped free of charge and separately from regular merchandise via First Class U.S. Postal Service. Gift cards usually ship within 2 business days. Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery. Gift cards may be shipped to U.S. addresses only. When calculating your order’s shipping charge, the value of the gift card does not count towards your total purchase amount and will not affect the shipping charges assigned to nongift card purchases.

Are there shipping charges for electronic gift certificates?

Our electronic gift certificates are delivered free of charge to the e-mail address provided within 1 business day, pending order verification and credit approval. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable e-mail address.

Who is your carrier?

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx and LTL Freight, depending on your choice of delivery speed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We take great pride in our products, and hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from Mutasia. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, we make it easy to get exactly what you want.

All returns may be made via mail. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full product refund (less shipping costs and surcharges). Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned without a packing slip or after 30 days from the date of purchase shall be exchanged for store items only (less shipping costs and surcharges). Any available store items will be sold at the then lowest selling price. All gift returns may be for store items exchange only; no cash refunds are available.

Return Policy Exceptions

All sale purchases are final.

For mail-in returns:

1. Email us at shop@mutasia.com or call us toll-free at 1.800.234.5043 to obtain a return authorization number.

2. Once you have received a return authorization number, repack the item in its original box, enclose a copy of the packing slip and include return authorization number inside the box. Please also ensure to note the return authorization number on the outside of the box.

3. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Mutasian Entertainment LLC cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us at shop@mutasia.com or call us at 1.800.234.5043 (toll-free), Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm PT to obtain your order number. All messages, whether by phone or e-mail, will be returned within two business days. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.
